Disney Plus is finally coming to South Africa! Whoop! Whoop!

The Walt Disney Company confirmed that winter 2022, it will be launching in 42 countries, including South Africa! In a media statement, the Walt Disney Company Africa said: “As confirmed in The Walt Disney Company’s Q3 earnings call, Disney+ will launch in South Africa in winter (between 21 June and 22 September) 2022.”

No exact launch date has yet been confirmed, nor have any pricing details been revealed.  Expect more details to be revealed later this year.
