Warner Bros. just confirmed that a new Care Bears film is in development, and this time the bears are getting the Hollywood treatment — real environments, CGI fur, expressive eyes, the works. It’s the kind of news that makes you text your siblings and scream, “Look who’s back!”

Who’s making it happen?

The film will be directed by Josh Greenbaum — the guy who gave us Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar and Strays (both weird, fun, and full of personality).
