“Strong Girl Bong Soon” starred Park Hyung-sik and Park Bo-young in lead roles, and its spin-off, “Strong Woman Kang Nam Soon,” is set for release in the first half of 2023. The upcoming sequel tells the story of Do Bong Soon’s distant cousin Kang Nam Soon and features a cast including Lee Yoo Mi, Ong Seong Wu, Byun Woo Seok, Kim Hae Sook, and Kim Jung Eun. Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik have completed filming for special appearances in the show.

“The Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938” is an upcoming South Korean TV series that serves as the second season to the 2020 series, “The Tale of the Nine Tailed,” with a prequel storyline. It stars Lee Dong-wook, Kim So-yeon, Kim Bum, Ryu Kyung-soo, Hwang Hee, and Kim Yong-ji and is scheduled to premiere on tvN on 6 May 2023.

In other news, there are rumours that Dylan Wang reprises his role as Dongfang Qing Cang and Ester Yu as “Orchid” and that they will make a special appearance in an upcoming Chinese TV drama called “Si Ming” (also known as “Commander”). “Si Ming” is an action-adventure historical fantasy romantic television drama series adapted from a novel of the same name written by Jiu Lu Fei Xiang, and the story forms part of the original novel that inspired the series.
