Jingle Bells, the Doctor Yells
Jingle Bells, the Doctor Yells
Jingle bells, the Doctor yells,
“Quick! Back to the TARDIS, RUN!”
Time’s gone wrong, the Rift’s too strong,
And Christmas has begun!”
Jingle bells, the Doctor yells,
“Sonic out, don’t hesitate!”
Daleks scream their usual theme—
“EX-TER-MIN-ATE!”

Snow is falling sideways now,
Because time’s a little bent,
The timeline’s cracking like a bow—
(Not his fault, it just went).
The TARDIS lands in London town,
Right on Christmas Eve,
UNIT’s calling, aliens brawling—
No time to sightsee!
Jingle bells, the Doctor tells
The humans, “Keep your hope!”
If the stars look strange tonight,
It’s fine—just space-time nope.”
Jingle bells, companion dwells
Between awe and concern,
“How,” they ask, “Is this still Christmas?”
He grins: “You’ll see. Your turn.”
Cybermen on rooftops march,
Their metal feet go clang,
But the Doctor flips a switch
And down the street they bang.
Ood are singing carols now,
Soft and low and sweet—
Peace returns to Earth again,
Another festive feat.
Jingle bells, the Doctor yells,
“Hot cocoa for everyone!”
The universe is saved once more—
Now that’s a holiday run.”
Jingle bells, and all is well,
The stars shine warm and bright,
He sets a course for somewhere new—
“Next stop… Christmas night!”
